Transaction data: deposit and withdrawal addresses, on-chain transaction hashes, package selections, and portfolio activity.
Device data: IP address, browser, device type, and interaction analytics used to secure your account and improve the product.
2. How we use it
To operate the platform, process transactions, and provide customer support.
To meet legal obligations, including KYC, AML, and tax reporting requirements.
To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and other abuse.
3. Who we share it with
Regulated payment providers, custodians, and identity verification vendors — only the minimum data needed to fulfil the service.
Law enforcement or regulators when we are legally required to do so.
We never sell your personal information.
4. How we protect it
Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3.
Access to production systems is limited to a small number of engineers under multi-factor authentication and audit logging.
