The agreement between you and EDGEGAININVEST covering account use, investments, fees, and dispute resolution.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account with EDGEGAININVEST ('we', 'us', 'our'), you enter into a binding agreement with our operating entity. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You may not use EDGEGAININVEST if you are located in, or a resident of, any country subject to international sanctions.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate an account we believe has breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or that we are required to close by law or regulator instruction.
3. Investment services
EDGEGAININVEST offers curated investment packages, share purchases, and portfolio tracking. Every investment carries risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
Package ROIs are targets modelled against historical performance and are not guaranteed. Live market prices fluctuate continuously and are not under our control.
4. Deposits, withdrawals & fees
Funding accepts nine cryptocurrency networks. Deposits are credited after the required number of on-chain confirmations. Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day, subject to KYC/AML checks.
Standard platform fees are disclosed on the pricing page before you confirm a transaction. Network fees and exchange spreads are passed through at cost.
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, tax evasion, or any other unlawful purpose.
Automated scraping, reverse engineering, and unauthorized API access are prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDGEGAININVEST is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform or via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
